Granite Grille Restaurant
The Granite Grille Restaurant is the student-run restaurant inside B.M.C. Durfee High School.
Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program receive the training they need to obtain the skills necessary to pursue a career in food preparation or production. We provide students with a variety of tasks that require working directly with food preparation and those that involve working directly with guests and customers.
Our restaurant is open to the public. Please park in the dedicated parking spots located in the North Parking Lot on Elsbree Street.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday
7:40 am – 10 am Coffee Only
Tuesday – Friday
7:40 am-9:15 am Coffee/Pastry only
9:15 am-10:30 am Hot Breakfast, Coffee, and Pastry
11:15 am-12:30 pm Lunch Service Dining and Take out (Last order taken at 12:30 pm)
