Earn $21.50 per hour supporting our Wrapping Department!   
PLUS $1.00/hour more for hours worked 6 pm - 6 am

  • $2,000 Scholarship (must submit application) 
  • $1,500 Tuition Reimbursement (after completing first summer)
  • $500 Referral Bonus when you refer another student (restrictions apply)
  • $400 End of Summer Bonus - must work entire summer
  • Internship Program - possible internship after completing first summer
  • Work a set schedule - only 4 days per week (or more if you'd like)
  • May work part-time during the school year - around your school schedule!

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • No experience necessary

Bay Coast Bank in Swansea, MA:

POSITION TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Associate is at the forefront of customer interactions as part of a branch-based team that provides high quality service that earns the long-term loyalty of our customers. Leverages communication skills and banking knowledge to engage with customers. Understand customers’ needs, which will provide financial solutions and advice to resolve issues and help customers achieve their financial goals. Identifies relationship development opportunities and refers customers to appropriate personnel. Demonstrates a willingness to do more than is required or expected by embracing the Bank’s mission statement and core values, which will improve results and morale as well as create new opportunities. NOTE: This position can be a Float CSA which has same requirements but functions under the direction of a Regional Manager supporting various locations as needed.

POSITION TITLE: UNIVERSAL BANKER

FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, a Universal Banker is at the forefront of customer interactions as part of a branch-based team that provides high quality service that earns the long-term loyalty of our customers. Leverages communication skills and banking knowledge to engage with customers. Understand customers’ needs, which will provide financial solutions and advice to resolve issues and help customers achieve their financial goals. It is an all-
encompassing role which requires the associate to provide banking products and services to new and existing customers. This individual is also responsible for opening new accounts, assisting customers in processing banking transactions. Responds to customer inquiries by promptly answering questions, resolving routine problems, or referring our customers and new business to the appropriate service personnel. This position may also include additional duties that vary
dependent upon the Branch needs. Demonstrates a willingness to do more than is required or expected by embracing the Bank’s mission statement and core values, which will improve results and morale as well as create new opportunities.

NOTE: This position can be a Float Universal Banker which has same requirements but functions under the direction of a Regional Manager supporting various locations as needed.
